360° Brand Transformation for Eric Standop and his FaceReading Academy

Context
Eric Standop is a world-renowned face reader and body language expert and the founder of the Facereading Academy, the leading international center for the study of face reading. The brand combines traditional knowledge with modern scientific research and attracts a global audience. As the business expanded, multiple services and educational offerings began to share the same visual language, making it difficult to clearly distinguish between the personal brand and the academy.
Strategy & Outcome
The core strategy focused on separating the previously intertwined brands through a clear visual distinction while keeping an overall sense of cohesion. The goal was to strengthen brand clarity, improve recognition across channels, and guide users more intuitively through the different offers. The project included the development of a new visual identity system, followed by a website redesign focused on intuitive UX/UI and lead generation. The updated identity was then rolled out across social media, newsletters, and print materials, establishing a consistent multi-channel presence. To further support the new brand direction, I art-directed a photoshoot with Eric across multiple environments, ensuring that styling, color palette, and visual motifs aligned with the new identity. The rollout concluded with the adaptation of all offline materials, including certificates, diplomas, business cards, and vouchers, creating a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint.
The project was implemented while working at amce studios GmbH.
