Website Redesign for a Coffee Shop


Context
This concept was developed as an anonymized case study based on a real client project completed under NDA. The original project involved a coffee spot in Germany. To respect confidentiality, all proprietary information, naming, and assets have been replaced with fictional examples created by me.
Strategy & Outcome
The strategy focused on improving usability and creating a frictionless user journey designed to support lead generation and simplify the booking process. The goal was to translate the welcoming and contemporary character of the café into a digital experience while making key actions, such as reservations and event inquiries, clear and accessible. The resulting website combines a clean visual language with an intuitive structure that guides visitors naturally toward booking or contacting the venue. Following the launch, the improved user experience contributed to a noticeable increase in customer inquiries and event bookings, with an estimated growth of around 25%.
